                The BREM-1 is an ARV version of the T-72, which was introduced in 1975 and remains today the most common ARV used by the Russian Army. The BREM-1 has a hydraulic crane capable of lifting complete sub-assemblies such as engines, main and auxiliary winch systems, auxiliary cargo platform and a hydraulic operated dozer blade. The BREM-1 has a 100 tonne pulling capacity.
